In July 2024, Dejond NV was split into 2 independent entities: Dejond Metals and Dejond Fastening. The Dejond Fastening activities have been acquired by the Bossard Group, headquartered in Zug Switzerland. This includes the production of Tubtara® blind rivet nuts and the distribution of fastening systems in the Benelux and northern France.

Currently, an audit is underway for a new EN 9100 certification for our Tubtara® blind rivet nuts, fastening systems, and their fitting appliances. This is required by the certification body (Cofac) due to the transfer of all activities of Dejond Fastening into a new company following the split of Dejond nv. Since 1999 we have also been developing, producing and delivering products for the aviation industry. We are Airbus certified (Common Vendor No. 304142) and a Bombardier supplier. You can find the Tubtara® in:

Our own production
Tubtara® blind rivet nuts
In Wilrijk we produce our Tubtara® blind rivet nuts. This involves both a comprehensive standard range from stock, and an assortment customised in line with the specifications of our customers. The high-performance cold forming process also allows us to make complex parts. The Tubtara® is known for its high and consistent quality worldwide. Tubtara production will be EN9100 certified for the aviation industry (audit underway). Dejond has already been producing pioneering work in research, development and innovation for more than 70 years. We are now leading the field with our stainless steel Tubtara range and our watertight solutions. EU local production!
